Paid Time Off (PTO)

Purpose

To provide our team with paid time off for vacations, illness or personal business.

Eligible:

  • CSAs
  • Team Leads
  • Managers
  • Executives

Benefits

Customer Service Advisors: start accruing PTO after 1 year of service, can earn up to 5 days per year.

Managers & Leads: start accruing PTO after 6 months of service, can earn up to 7 days per year.

General Managers: start accruing PTO after 90 days, can earn up to 10 days per year.

Executives: start accruing PTO after 90 days, can earn up to 15 days per year.

  • Must be a full-time employee to get PTO
  • Accrual Rates are calculated per hour of work.
  • PTO must be used during the year.
  • PTO does not roll over and cannot be paid out.
  • Accrual is based on anniversary date.
  • Employee promotion changes the accrual rate moving forward.

Holiday Pay

Purpose

To provide employees with Holiday Pay for company recognized holidays.

Eligible:

  • CSAs
  • Team Leads
  • Non-Exempt Managers

Benefits

The company will grant holiday pay to non-exempt employees on holidays listed below. Employees who work the below days will be paid time and a half for the hours worked on the holiday, so long as they work their scheduled shift before and after the holiday.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Christmas Eve

Overtime Pay

Purpose

To provide employees with opportunity to work over 40 hours per week.

Eligible:

  • CSAs
  • Team Leads
  • Non-Exempt Managers

Benefits

Non-exempt employees will earn 1.5x hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week.

Recruitment Bonus

Purpose

Epic Shine wants to recruit quality applicants. We encourage employees to refer qualified candidates to the company.

Benefits

If your referral is employed by Epic Shine, a recruiting bonus will be paid to employees under the following terms and schedule:

CSA Referral: $100
Team Lead Referral: $200
Manager Referral: $300
GM Referral: $500

  1. Original employment application contains the employees name as the referral source
  2. Referral Fee Paid after 6 months employment
  3. If multiple employees refer the same person, bonus split equally among referring employees.

Academic Performance Bonus

Purpose

Epic Shine encourages high performance at both work and school.

  • Team Leads
  • Managers
  • Executives

Benefits

Epic Shine rewards employees for outstanding performance and above average efforts in their studies.

Should an employee attain an average of 3.0 GPA for a semester, Epic Shine will reward employee with a $100 bonus. Only paid at end of quarter.

Employee must be employed with Epic Shine for the full semester in which the 3.0 GPA is earned.

Years of Service Bonus

Purpose

To thank employees for their years of service and commitment.

Eligible:

  • Managers

Benefits

Each employee will receive $100 for every completed years of service.

Example: 1yr = $100, 2yrs = $200, 3yrs = $300, etc

  • Must work the full year to earn bonus
  • Bonus does not accrue until anniversary date.

Profit Sharing

Purpose

To thank employees for contributing to the overall success of the company.

Employee Wash Discounts

Purpose

It is the intent of Epic Shine to provide employees with an opportunity to have a clean car and regularly enjoy the Epic Shine wash experience on a personal vehicle free of charge

  • Customer Service Advisors/Team Leads/Managers: Will receive one free Protect wash per week.

Gym Membership Allowance

Purpose

To encourage our employees to be healthy and have a physically fit lifestyle

Eligible employees who work over 20 hours a week average can choose the workout facility of their choice and receive partial reimbursement of monthly dues.

Summary of benefits:

  • Premiums up to a maximum of $20/month
  • Proof of monthly payment is required for reimbursement
  • Reimbursements are paid quarterly

Purpose

To give eligible employees a professional consistent uniform

Each eligible employee will receive the following:

  • 2 short sleeve shirts per year
  • 1 pair of pants per year
  • 1 pair of shorts per year
  • 1 fleece pull over

* Depending on number of hours worked per week, these uniforms will be adjusted +/-.
